JD Sauce Embraces the Future! Our team recently participated in an inspiring workshop focused on ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance), with a special emphasis on the environmental and social aspects. We discussed our current efforts and future areas for improvement. Where can we innovate and make a difference to create a more sustainable company? The day kicked off with an enlightening presentation by Lotte Kristiansen from Genfortæl, who provided us with engaging tasks to work on. This was followed by a fascinating tour of the Skanderborg Bunkers, where we learned about the town's history during World War II. After a break, we were inspired by Pernille Vistoft Elsner, CEO of Danhostel Skanderborg, who shared their journey to becoming Denmark's greenest hostel. Her insights were both motivational and encouraging. We ended the day with a delightful dinner and enjoyed watching some football from Euro 2024, giving us time to reflect on the day's learnings and bond with each other. This event has laid the groundwork for JD Sauce's first ESG report, which we look forward to including in the upcoming annual report. We aim to take ownership of future changes with consideration for our customers, suppliers, staff, the climate, and our social roots in the local community. A huge thank you to our dedicated staff, as well as to Genfortæl, Danhostel Skanderborg, and Museum Skanderborg for making this possible! *Note: The picture is an aerial view of the scenic surroundings where the event was held, near Skanderborg Lake. #ESG #Sustainability #Responsibility #Environment #SocialResponsibility

Sustainability ♻️ is a topic that is everywhere – from events to presentations and conferences. We all recognize its importance. However, the reality is that true change begins with everyday choices. These choices lead to shifts in behavior, the development of new habits, leading by example, and ultimately, contributing to a greener planet. On October 28, I’m excited to represent TGM Research at the business panel, "Waste Not, Win Big: Eco-Leadership in Practice," alongside the teams from MakeYourAsia and W Business Center. We'll be sharing how we’ve embedded sustainability into our daily operations and the tangible results we’re seeing. This event is extra special for me because it also kicks off our Act Green Campaign 🌿 , a long-term mission close to my heart. It’s not about grand gestures, but about consistent, practical changes that build a greener future 🌏 . I look forward to sharing our journey and learning from others who are equally committed to lasting green change. See you there! 🗓️ Monday, October 28, 2024 📍 W Business Center, District 3 Central and Eastern European Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (CEEC) Lukasz Kozlowski Tsvyatko Kabahchiyski Phuong (Stephen) Nguyen AIMS International TGM Research MakeYourAsia W Business Center Dutch Business Association Vietnam DBAV 🇳🇱 #ActGreen #EcoLeadership #SmallStepsBigImpact #GreenFuture #SustainabilityInPractice

Thrilled to kick off the year with a publication alongside my former colleague from University of Malaya. Our latest paper, "Adopting Circular Food Practices in Malaysian Hotels: The Influence of Isomorphic Pressures and Environmental Beliefs," explores how sustainability practices in the hospitality sector are shaped by external pressures and individual environmental values. With circular economy principles gaining traction, our study sheds light on the role of institutional influences in driving eco-friendly food practices in Malaysian hotels. As we move towards more sustainable consumption patterns, understanding these dynamics is crucial for policy and industry transformation. Elsevier has provided the following Share Link for 50 days of free access to the article, available until March 19, 2025. No sign-up, registration, or fees required. Check out this exiting news! This is not a small step or a drop in the ocean. Multiple high-impact clients are joining the Sustainable Food Route. Efteling is our nation's pride when it comes to leisure and amusement parks. They understand the need to transform. SFR is about knowing who you are in your market, your stance towards sustainability in all its facets, and most importantly, how you can integrate this into all your F&B and connected areas. The one goal must be real, concrete impact, with progression year after year. From ambition to reality. From tasting to recipe. From data to sales. From niche to mainstream. Together with Conceptional B.V. we are transforming F&B in the Netherlands. My conviction: There is always a way to serve better food!
Exciting News! 🌱 Efteling joined the Sustainable Food Route! We are thrilled to share that, last year, Efteling took a significant step by joining the Sustainable Food Route. Through a pragmatic and holistic approach, we analyse the current situation and set up a concrete roadmap for their F&B Outlets guiding them towards sustainability.
